What are digital downloads?

Digital downloads are electronic products that you can purchase and access immediately after checkout. We offer downloadable products in two formats: PDF and Google Sheets.

How will I receive my digital download?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link attached. The email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout. The link will typically expire after 24 hours, so be sure to download your product within that timeframe.

What format are the PDF downloads in?

All of our PDF downloads are US letter size (8.5" x 11").

Can I use the PDF downloads with annotation apps?

Yes! Our PDF downloads are compatible with popular annotation apps like Goodnotes and similar platforms. This allows you to digitally fill out forms, add notes, and personalize your downloaded product.

You can also use the free Adobe Acrobat Fill & Sign feature

Can I print the PDF downloads?

Absolutely! You can print unlimited copies of your downloaded PDFs for your personal use.

How can I use the Google Sheets products?

Our Google Sheets products are delivered as a link within the download email. Clicking the link will create a copy of the Google Sheet document in your own Google Drive, allowing you to edit and customize it to your needs.

Do I need a paid Google Drive account to use the Google Sheets products?

No! As long as you have a free Gmail account, you can access and use the Google Sheets products we offer.

What if I can't find my download email?

First, check your spam folder. If you still can't locate the email, please contact us and we'll be happy to resend the download link.

What is your return policy for digital downloads?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded. We encourage you to carefully review the product description before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs. If you have any questions about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us before your purchase.

Do your downloadable products have any limitations?

Our downloadable products are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell them in any way.
